YONDER is located on the huge island of GEMEA, a lush area with eight distinct environments, ranging from sunny tropical beaches to icy, snow-capped peaks.
Each location has its own flora and fauna, as well as changing seasons and a cycle of days and nights. GEMEA, once a paradise, still retains its semblance, but a dark evil whisper has shrouded the land and its inhabitants in despair.
The heroes of YONDER will explore the island, uncover its secrets and mysteries buried within themselves as they embark on a journey tinged with personal introspection while saving GEMEA and its people.
In the quest to become the champion of the island, he or she will join forces with the natives and the Sprites, the volatile creatures who are the only ones capable of dispersing the Whisper.
The towns of GEMEA are filled with kind residents who have faced many hardships since the Whisper came.
By contributing to the island through talents like farming, crafting, cooking, fishing, and brewing, strong relationships can be built with the locals, who in turn will gift you with all the resources needed to establishment of a new farm.
