Zap was born into the royal family of dragons...
... water, but a tidal wave swept him into a distant ocean, where he was raised by electric eels. Growing up, he showed all the talents and even created a golden harness allowing him to benefit from an endless electric charge and to send discharges at great distance.
Zap also proved to be a gifted racer, beating just about everyone except the dolphins, who always enjoy competing with him.
But the electric current that Zap drags in his wake always reminds who it is. Zap has become a true defender of the seas and Skylands.
