Project Sylpheed is a shoot'em up. In the shoes of Katana, one of the best pilots of the Earth fleet, you are quickly confronted with your best friend, Margras, also an exceptional space warrior, who joined the rebels after the destruction of his planet by the steamroller earthling.
This is followed by numerous missions and battles to be carried out in space, as well as several side missions.
