Not all beasts employed by the W'adrhun are hulking monstrosities that dominate the battlefield.
In fact, they almost succeeded in domesticating a smaller breed, affectionately called the uzibukhali, (intelligent claw).
Packs of these feathered menace roam W'adrhun settlements ridding them of vermin and small predators in exchange for remains and access to mass grave pits.
In times of war, they are easily gathered into packs and unleashed on scouts and precursors of enemy forces, their cunning and ferocity making them more powerful adversaries.
