Delivery of cards won during breaks or draws is always offered free of charge by default, using the Canada Post regular mail service.
It is important to note that we cannot guarantee the delivery service once the cards are in the post, and therefore we cannot provide an accurate delivery time.
For an additional fee of 12.99, you have the option to choose delivery with a tracking number via Canada Post.
This option will allow you to track the location of your cards in real time and offers an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 days.
Value card holders are strongly recommended to choose the tracked delivery option, as without tracking we cannot guarantee 100% delivery.
