Millipede is a shooter that takes up the concept of its predecessor Centipede. It's always about eliminating a centipede by transforming the different parts of its body into mushrooms. Malicious insects also pop up on screen, including scorpions, spiders and fleas, but there are also friendly insects like caterpillars.
