KINGDOM HEARTS 3D [Dream Drop Distance] contains gameplay elements never before seen in the series. With an imminent threat looming, King Mickey and Yen Sid prepare to give Sora and Riku the Symbol of Mastery exam.
The latter are sent to the Sleeping Worlds, where they will meet new enemies and allies... If they manage to triumph in the mission entrusted to them, they will then be considered as authentic Masters of the Keyblade.
- Two protagonists: the franchise's most popular characters, Sora and Riku, will both be playable.
- Continuous action: players will be able to move with speed and ease, interact with their environment and execute acrobatic attacks.
- All-New Creatures: Dream Eaters live in the Sleeping Worlds, and fall into two categories: Spirits and Nightmares. Over 50 types of spirits can be recruited as allies to fight alongside Sora and Riku.
- New Disney worlds: completely new worlds and characters from the Disney universe will appear, such as The City of Bells (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame).
- Story Progression: With Sora and Riku's new appearance, and the threat of conflict looming, this title will be a big step forward in the series.
