Los Santos: a sprawling metropolis with its gurus, starlets and faded glories of the past that once made the world dream and now struggles not to fade into oblivion as the country is plagued by crisis .
Amidst this sunny mayhem, three very different criminals are gambling big for their futures: Franklin, a former street gang member who wants to step up a gear; Michael, the professional, an ex-con whose retirement is much less peaceful than expected; and finally Trevor, the group's psychopath, cameo and megalomaniac.
With their backs to the wall, the three men risk everything in a series of robberies as spectacular as they are dangerous.
