Welcome to Escape Room The Game.
Feel the excitement and enjoy the mysterious atmosphere of an Escape Room in your own home!
As is the case with most escape rooms around the world, you are "locked" into the game and your objective is to find the codes that will allow you to "escape" by solving puzzles and brain teasers. All this in less than 60 minutes!
Exercise your brains! Teamwork, good communication, ingenuity, creativity, logic and a good sense of observation will be very important.
The box contains 4 different adventures and each of them is divided into 3 parts. For each part you must find a code which consists of 4 keys to put in the Timer. There are 16 different keys. Find the 3 correct codes in less than 60 minutes to win. You win or lose together...
Start by opening an envelope and reading the plot. Inside the envelope are the clues needed to find the code.
You will explore all the elements of the game and the board in order to discover the hidden clues. Are you ready for the challenge?
The four escape rooms included in the base game are, in order of difficulty: Prison Break, Virus, Nuclear Alert and The Temple of the Aztecs
- Prison Break: 10 years in prison for a crime you did not commit. You learn from a prisoner that a mathematician lived in your cell, and considering all the odd numbers and signs on your wall, that would confirm that. This information could turn out to be the starting point of your escape. You know the guards will be hitting your cell during rounds in an hour. Wouldn't be the perfect opportunity to escape?
- Virus: Nobody knew what the Professor was working on, but it had to be important. You've been working for him for a while now, and you're surprised he was able to leave that green bottle unattended this afternoon, he was so suspicious. Everything was going well until the bottle fell on the ground and the glass shattered on the ground. The liquid oozes from the broken bottle and a vapor escapes... Now is not the time to pass out! So what happens to your lab colleague?
- Nuclear Alert: A bomb threat?! It's not the first time you've seen one and probably won't be the last.
It's always been easy to sort out the real threats from bad jokes or desperate cries for help from drunk teenagers who challenged themselves or disturbed men craving attention. So paper direction trash. Thirty minutes later, the same threat...
You have a very bad feeling and decide to take the threat seriously. You trace the provenance and enter the apartment where the table is filled with all sorts of materials that send shivers down your spine. Your phone rings and your worst nightmare comes true, the bomb threat is real!
- The Temple of the Aztecs: Having no more news from the history teacher, you and your team of students decide to go looking for him. The stories told about the Underground Temple of Ozomatzin, the greatest ruler of the Aztec Empire were many and he was completely obsessed with it. All who entered the temple were never seen again, believed to have been killed by vipers.
But the stories also spoke of the Eye of the Aztecs, the biggest diamond that ever existed. A huge stone on which is the sign of the Aztecs is in front of you. A second after entering the tomb, the stone door closes and you hear drops falling...
The 4 escape rooms vary in difficulty, designed to give each group the experience they expect and deserve.
If you fancy more puzzles, Escape Room expansions are available, but you'll need the base game first as the Chrono Decoder is essential to the experience.
