Gloomhaven is a largely cooperative game in which each player pursues individual goals by exploring dungeons and battling monsters.
The game is intended to be played as part of a campaign, where a group of players will use the accompanying booklet which contains scenarios to chain together a series of adventures, gradually unlocking new content as they go. that they progress.
Any scenario can also work as a standalone experience.
